Attorney Joseph Zlatnik
Joseph Zlatnik was born in Kiev, Ukraine, and immigrated to the United States as a child. He grew up in New York City, where he attended the Bronx High School of Science, and graduated summa cum laude from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
After college, Attorney Zlatnik worked as a paralegal at the largest litigation firm in the world, Kirkland & Ellis, LLP.
Attorney Zlatnik received his juris doctorate from Boston University School of Law. During law school, he interned at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Attorney Zlatnik served as an editor on the Boston University Review of Banking & Financial Law, and graduated with a concentration in Litigation & Dispute Resolution.
Attorney Zlatnik first practiced law as a student attorney with the Boston University Criminal Litigation Clinic.
After law school, Attorney Zlatnik moved to the Berkshires and worked as a prosecutor at the Berkshire District Attorney’s Office. After leaving the Berkshire District Attorney’s Office, Attorney Zlatnik worked for almost a decade as an associate at Hochberg Law Offices in Pittsfield.
In 2023, Attorney Zlatnik opened his private practice, serving the community of Berkshire County.
Attorney Zlatnik serves on the Boards of Directors of the Berkshire Bar Advocates, and the Berkshire Immigrant Center. He is a recipient of the Berkshire County “40-Under-40” Award, and numerous Clients’ Choice Awards from Avvo.
