Attorney Joseph Zlatnik saved me from the worst debacle of my life. His utter command of the drama of the courtroom surpasses anything you’ll ever see in the movies. While his uncanny sense of timing and nuance, his deft, on-the-fly decision-making and his personal charm provide ample ammunition to win your case, Attorney Zlatnik’s powers are never more keenly felt than in his preparations for the court date: He coached me with mock trial tactics and devoted generous time to getting to know not only the details of my case, but - my self, personally. (He also gave me a valuable tip on how to dress for the hearing so I would appear non-threatening.) He thoroughly briefed me in the basis for my defense - which was firmly rooted in the U.S. Constitution. By the time we got to court, Attorney Zlatnik had prepared me (and himself) so well that he was able to bring out the very best aspects of my character before the judge, meanwhile waving our Republic’s highest law like a banner in my defense. Like a true virtuoso, he even gently highlighted certain weaknesses of the plaintiff that proved crucial to my defense without appearing hostile toward her.
Under Attorney Zlatnik’s council, I went from dreading my court date to almost looking forward to it, and I will always recall it as a bitter-sweet, poignant turning-point of my life. He not only won my case, he treated a delicate situation involving a sensitive, emotionally fragile plaintiff (dearly beloved by the defendant) with such charity and kindness that one of the guards commented it was one of the 'best days that courtroom had ever seen'. The whole experience gave me a hope that our Constitution still reigns, and that our processes of law are not yet totally corrupt.

I have to start by saying I simply cannot recommend Joe highly enough. A few months ago, I found myself in the unfortunate position of needing a criminal defense attorney. From day one, I was so impressed with Joe’s manner and knowledge. Attorney Zlatnick was highly recommended to me and from the very first time I spoke with him I realized why! He is very intelligent, explains things in detail, prepared me, thought me a lot. Walking into court I felt very apprehensive about the outcome of my case, but Joe assured me every step of the way. Attorney Zlatnik was quick to respond to my request for representation after hearing about my situation. He immediately came up with a plan that would resolve this matter efficiently and effectively. However, in rare instances, you will encounter individuals, that serve above and beyond your expectations. Attorney Zlatnik was one of those rare occasions for me and my family. Joe represented me on a driving case. I was found not guilty on that case. It was a mandatory license loss on the case and I need my license for my job. So it was very important that I win my case. Joe was always very professional and he always made it a priority to talk with me or see me if I needed him. He was great during my trial not once did I feel like he messed anything up. I was definitely confident the whole trial. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good lawyer to win a case for them.

I am a man in my 60's who had never been in trouble before. Then I was arrested for Felony Assault. Attorney Zlatnick (Joe) was assigned by the court to represent me. Joe was my court appointed Lawyer. Luckily I got the best of the best. Joe covered everything about my case. My choices and potential outcomes. Finally I decided to take my case to court with Joe. I have nothing but great things to say about Joeseph Zlatnik. My case carried on for 4 1/2 years due to a bunch of complications involving my case details and state complications. He kept in contact with me the entire way, never failed to keep me updated on everything, and not once backed down knowing I deserved to win my case. He worked very hard gathering every bit of information he could to prove my innocence which he in the end accomplished and won my case. The case was very convoluted but Joe navigated through with diligence and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the out come. My alleged 2nd OUI was converted to a negligent operation, which not only saved me a couple grand but also cut my probation time in half. I really felt like my voice was being heard and not once during the whole process did I feel like I was just “another client” but that my best interest was in mind. I would definitely recommend and hire again.

If you're looking to win your case and to not be treated like an average Joe, look no further. On the two cases he represented me for, one was dismissed (shoplifting), the other not guilty. That was felony strangulation, domestic AB, and threat to commit a crime. He presents himself beyond humanely, treating each case as if you were his family. At the same time he will kill it in the courtroom with his professionalism and attention to detail. Words cannot explain how much he helped me out of a terrible situation! Also on berkshire county's 40 under 40, and for good reason! If your case is a football, hes Tom Brady and Not Guilty is Julian Edelman... seriously i cant stress enough how great of a lawyer he is.
